These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and betgee ("betgee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the betgee website, mobile interface, games, betting services and all associated features (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the betgee Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.
betgee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where material changes are made, betgee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on account.
These Terms apply to all users of the betgee platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using betgee immediately.
2.1 Age Requirement. The betgee platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. betgee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where underage use is suspected or confirmed.
2.2 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one betgee account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly should it change. betgee may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated period may result in account restrictions.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betgee Login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. betgee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. Notify betgee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of betgee is lawful in your jurisdiction. betgee makes no representation that the Services are legal in all locations. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use betgee.
3.1 Supported Methods. betgee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Debit Card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. betgee does not charge platform-side deposit fees; third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside betgee's control.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed in the betgee cashier section at the time of transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within normal banking business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation and typically complete within 30 to 90 minutes. betgee reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
3.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. betgee may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable payment provider rules.
3.5 Fraudulent Transactions. betgee reserves the right to reverse deposits, void winnings, and close accounts where fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or money laundering is suspected. betgee complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
4.1 General. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the betgee platform you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to that market, game or event. betgee reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on corrupted markets, or where technical malfunction has affected odds or game outcomes.
4.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets – including cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Tests), football, UFC/MMA, boxing and other events listed on betgee – are governed by the applicable betgee Sportsbook Rules published in the platform's help section. In-play bets accepted after the event has concluded due to a communication delay will be voided.
4.3 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes (RNG-based slots and table games) are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer games use physical randomisers operated by trained professionals in controlled studio environments. betgee's role is as a platform intermediary and game host – it does not influence individual game outcomes.
4.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Bet limits apply to all markets and games. Limits are displayed within each market or game interface. betgee reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits issued by betgee are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotional material at the time of offer. Where no specific terms are stated, betgee's standard bonus terms apply.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and other conditions are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse. betgee reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional structures, or multi-accounting is identified. Determination of abuse is at betgee's sole discretion.
5.4 Changes. betgee may withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the betgee platform.
6.1 Commitment. betgee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, accessible from within your account settings at any time.
6.2 Self-Exclusion. Users may request self-exclusion for a defined or indefinite period. During a self-exclusion period, betgee will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and will suppress marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to betgee support and may take up to 24 hours to fully implement across all systems.
6.3 Entertainment Purpose. betgee is an entertainment platform. Gaming should not be considered a means to generate income, pay debts, or resolve financial difficulties. 6.4 Age Verification. betgee operates strict 18+ access controls. Users who are found to be under 18 at any point will have their accounts permanently closed, deposits returned where feasible, and all winnings forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betgee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. betgee's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made to that user's account in the 30-day period preceding the claim. betgee makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.
10.1 Amendments. betgee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at betgee.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance.
10.2 Account Closure by User. You may close your betgee account at any time by contacting betgee support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
10.3 Account Closure by betgee. betgee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is identified, where account activity poses regulatory or fraud risk, or where betgee determines it is necessary to do so in its sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the betgee platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising from your use of betgee shall first be addressed through betgee's internal complaints procedure by contacting support. betgee will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days. Where resolution is not achieved through internal procedure, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the applicable regulatory dispute resolution framework.
