betgee ("betgee", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all users who access or register on the betgee platform at betgee.club (the "Platform"). betgee collects personal data from users through several channels. The categories of data we may collect include:
2.1 Registration Data. When you create a betgee account, we collect your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number (including Pakistani mobile numbers used for JazzCash and Easypaisa), email address, and a username and password of your choosing.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to verify that users are aged 18 or above, betgee may request copies of government-issued identity documents such as your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Proof of residential address may also be requested.
2.3 Transaction & Financial Data. betgee records details of all deposits and withdrawals including the payment method used (e.g. JazzCash mobile number, Easypaisa wallet, bank account details for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20 wallet addresses), transaction amounts in PKR or other currencies, timestamps, and transaction reference numbers.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data. betgee logs all bets placed, games played, casino sessions, sports markets accessed, odds accepted, results, bonus usage and related gaming activity associated with your account.
2.5 Technical & Device Data. betgee automatically collects technical data when you access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, referring URLs, session duration, and pages visited.
2.6 Communications Data. If you contact betgee support via live chat, email or any other channel, we retain records of those communications including the content of messages, timestamps and resolution outcomes.
betgee uses the personal data collected for the following purposes:
betgee will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first notifying you and obtaining any required consent.
Given that betgee is built specifically for Pakistani players, a significant portion of the financial data we process relates to PKR transactions via local payment methods. When you deposit or withdraw using JazzCash, betgee receives your registered JazzCash mobile number, the transaction amount in PKR, and the transaction confirmation reference from JazzCash. The same applies to Easypaisa transactions. betgee does not store full payment credentials such as JazzCash PINs, Easypaisa PINs, bank account passwords or card CVV numbers.
For bank transfer transactions to or from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, betgee stores the account title, account number (IBAN), bank name and transaction amount solely for the purpose of processing and verifying the transfer. For USDT TRC20 transactions, betgee records the wallet address and transaction hash.
All financial data is stored with encryption and access is restricted to authorised betgee payments and compliance personnel only. betgee's payment data retention complies with applicable financial record-keeping requirements.

These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, regular security assessments of the Platform's infrastructure, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all betgee accounts. While betgee takes all reasonable precautions, no system is completely immune to security risks and betgee cannot guarantee absolute security.
The betgee Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. betgee does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If betgee discovers that a user is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned where feasible.
